Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin working on your order immediately after its been placed and cannot guarantee a change or cancellation.

Can I change my address?

Please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to change your address. If your order has already been shipped out, we cannot stop the shipment or make any changes to the address.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order we would be more than happy accept a return for store credit within 7 days of your purchase for all unworn jewelry in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

- Exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

- Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges and are final sale.

Shipping questions

How long does it take for my order to ship out?

We process and ship out all orders within 2-3 business days with the exception of pre-orders and orders containing a personalized item.

Pre-Orders and personalized items can take 2-3 weeks to ship. However, please note that this is an estimate and in some cases items may ship earlier or later.

Will I be charges duties & taxes?


No duties are charged. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.


There may be duties and taxes which you will be responsible for. MissiMe Official cannot estimate or advise on the costs of these fees if any. Please contact your customs office for more information.
