Exchanges & Returns
Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting exchanges or returns beginning September 26th.
Exchange Policy Until September 26th:
If you are not satisfied with your order we would be more than happy to exchange it within 14 days of your purchase for all unworn jewelry in their original condition. Please note that we currently do not accept returns. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number for exchanges.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
What shipping costs apply?
All shipping costs associated with an exchanges are to be handled by the buyer & must include tracking.
Can I cancel my order?
We cannot change or cancel your order once the order is placed. We begin working on your order as soon as we receive it.
