Exchanges & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order we would be more than happy to exchange it within 7 days of your purchase for all unworn jewelry in their original condition. Please note that we currently do not accept returns. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number for exchanges.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
What shipping costs apply?
All shipping costs associated with an exchanges are to be handled by the buyer & must include tracking.
Can I cancel my order?
We cannot change or cancel your order once the order is placed. We begin working on your order as soon as we receive it.
