Shipping Policy

USPS is currently experiencing high volume of orders and packages. All inquiries regarding your package should be directed to USPS. Once, your order has shipped MissiMe Official is not responsible for shipping or return costs associated with late package arrivals. Please note that we are not responsible for undeliverable packages. 


Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends & Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Pre-Ordered Items are processed within 1-2 days of arrival in stock.You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will do our very best to get your order fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Shipping on Personalized Products

Custom products take 4-6 weeks to create & ship because they are made-to-order. Please keep that in mind before placing a custom order.

Please note: Currently we do not offer FREE SHIPPING over $99 USD to Australia due to a temporary service suspension by USPS. Once, USPS resumes shipping to Australia we will begin offering the service again.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
