Although our jewelry will not change colors or rust, here are some TIPS to keep your pieces looking shiny & brand new:
- Keep away from any liquids including perfumes & lotions.
- Remove all jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising to preserve the shine.
-To clean your jewelry, just wipe with a dry, soft cloth at the end of the day to extend the longevity of your pieces.
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. Note: If your order contains a Personalized item shipping takes 3-4 weeks.

Can I cancel my order?
We begin working on your order immediately after it is placed. Please note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation once your order has been placed.
Can I change my address?
Please reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. However, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the address on our end. Please reach out to your shipping provider to make any changes.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order we would be more than happy accept a return for store credit within 7 days of your purchase for all unworn jewelry in their original condition.
